Hinson International Ministries ("the Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and operates the website at www.hinsoninternationalministries.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Please do not send passport details, medical information, emergency contact details, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Where we need that information for a mission trip or event, we will provide a secure form and tell you how long we keep it.

Our website is built and hosted on the Wix platform. Wix collects certain information automatically in order to operate, secure, and improve the site. This may include:

• Browser type, device type, and operating system

• Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the site

We have not added any advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or session-recording tools to this website.

Donations and payments

Donations are processed through Wix Payments. At checkout you may also choose Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or Google Pay. When you use one of those options, that provider receives the information needed to complete your payment and handles it under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always active. Optional categories are blocked until you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time using the privacy settings button in the corner of any page. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under California law. We share information only in these circumstances:

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out link before doing so.

We serve and communicate with people in many countries, and we expect visitors from outside the United States.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers operate in several countries. Our website platform and payment processing are provided by Wix.com Ltd, based in Israel. If you contact us or give through this site, your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States or in these other countries, where data protection law may differ from that of your home country. We take reasonable steps to ensure the service providers we use protect your information appropriately.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website without verifiable parental consent. Where a program or trip involves minors, registration is completed by a parent or guardian. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. Registration information collected for a specific trip or event is deleted once that activity is complete and any required records are made. Cookie consent records are kept for one year.

Our website may link to sites we do not operate, including partner ministries and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice on the website.
